You'll love the art activities we have in store - designed to keep them as busy as a summer's bee! It's so fun they won't even realise it's also educational!

 

Week 1: Mon 12 Jan to Fri 16 Jan

Textile Week

• introduction to a sewing machine with guided instruction, make a mini pillow or squishy toy

• learn to create tie dye patterns, bring home a unique pair of dyed socks

• learn to yarn, make a mini beanie or a pom pom

 

Week 2: Mon 19 Jan to Fri 23 Jan

Sculpture Week

• practice sculptural and moulding techniques with air dry clay

• craft freely from your own imagination with cardboard and a huge choice of materials

• introduction to a sewing machine to create some soft sculptures

 

Week 3: Tues 27 Jan to Fri 30 Jan

STEM and Slime Week

• learn to observe and draw insects like an entomologist

• create and take home a slime habitat for your minibeasts

• participate in a new STEM creation challenges everyday - eg. balance, float, magnets, bubbles
